Rose Centifolia is one of only two varieties of Rose used commercially for essential oil, absolute extraction and hydrosol (floral water) production.. Cultivated in the heart of the Indus River Basin, the highly scented bright pink flowers are cherished for their beauty, scent, and therapeutic benefits.

Among the Flora

This rose grows 1.5 to 2 meters tall, with greyish-green pinnate leaves that have 5-7 leaflets. Its round, globular flowers are highly scented and usually bright pink with numerous overlapping petals. In Pakistan, Rose Centifolia blooms year-round, unlike other regions.

Cultivating with Care

Grown from cuttings, Rose Centifolia is developed in nurseries before being transplanted to the fields. Flowers are hand-harvested at peak bloom and then loosely packed in jute bags for transport to our facility in the freshest condition possible.
